Design

Engineering design is the strength of Millennium Microwave Corporation. Our design engineering staff works closely with our customers to achieve an optimum design and a cost-effective solution. Our engineers bring a wealth of experience and utilize the latest available commercial and proprietary CAD software. Reliability of our products is enhanced by the careful selection of components, materials and processes.

Manufacturing

Millennium Microwave Corporation products follow a rigid, well-defined manufacturing flow. All processes are documented and include the necessary controls to ensure a successful result. Our operation includes standard hybrid processes such as wire bonding, parallel-gap resistance welding and epoxy die attach.

High reliability products

Many of the products we provide to the defense industry are required to meet stringent environmental and reliability requirements. Typically these are required to adhere to the strict visual and screening requirements of MIL-STD-883. Most of our products can be provided with a hermetic seal using a laser welding process.
